Responsibilities

- Champion cross-functional innovation sprints and prototyping initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and nurture a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Oversee the implementation of innovation frameworks and measure ROI of strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market applications
- Exceptional analytical and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies required
