Responsibilities

- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and disruptors to co-create future-ready solutions
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, environmental, and technological disruptions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members with data-driven future-state projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record in developing multi-year innovation roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile and waterfall environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) or relevant innovation frameworks preferred
