- Manage innovation portfolio budgets exceeding $5M
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching products with 3-5 year impact horizons
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable systems
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation labs
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., ICP) preferred
