Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of handling exascale data processing.
- Lead the research and implementation of emerging technologies, including Quantum Machine Learning and Synthetic Data generation.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide the technical vision of the 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, fairness, and transparency in algorithmic decision-making.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity and security.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
