- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Web3, and Spatial Computing.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and ethical AI implementation.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and drive technical innovation across the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML architecture.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems used by millions of users.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with futuristic tech stacks, including Web3 protocols or Augmented Reality frameworks.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and their potential application in 2026 and beyond.
