Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and resolving scheduling conflicts with precision and diplomacy.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, transportation, and accommodations.
- Prepare detailed briefing materials, agendas, and presentation decks for executive meetings.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence, routing matters to the appropriate parties.
- Organize and coordinate high-profile events, corporate hospitality, and client entertainment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a professional image at all times.
- Manage confidential information and sensitive documents with the highest level of integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting C-level executives.
- Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced corporate environment in Los Angeles.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of excellence.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
