Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service
- Coordinate departmental meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items
- Oversee office operations including inventory management, vendor relations, and expense processing
- Support special projects including data analysis, report compilation, and event coordination
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
