Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex international travel arrangements
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee departmental budget tracking and expense report processing
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and take detailed meeting minutes
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Implement organizational systems for digital and physical document management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in executive support
- Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience managing competing priorities in deadline-driven environments
- Professional certification (CAP or MOS) preferred
