Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced MS Office Suite
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor relations, and facility maintenance
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate departmental events and special projects requiring meticulous planning
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Assist with budget tracking and expense report processing
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent with 3+ years executive support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Discretion handling confidential information and sensitive matters
- Experience with calendar management software (e.g., Calendly, Doodle)
- Knowledge of New Orleans business environment preferred
