Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Organize and maintain electronic filing systems and physical records
- Coordinate departmental meetings, events, and off-sites
- Assist with budget tracking and expense report processing
- Support onboarding processes and new hire coordination
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience (3+ years)
