Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications professionally
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor management, and facilities coordination
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and financial documentation
- Coordinate special projects and events, ensuring seamless execution
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure compliance with record-keeping protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years of executive administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
