Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations with precision
- Coordinate departmental communications and ensure seamless information flow
- Oversee office operations, including supply inventory and vendor management
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
