Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics for executives
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication
- Oversee office operations, including supply inventory, vendor management, and facility maintenance
- Coordinate special projects and events, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion
- Maintain digital filing systems and implement organizational best practices
- Analyze operational workflows and recommend efficiency improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of progressive administrative support experience, preferably in corporate environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
