Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating cross-departmental communications
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses
- Oversee office operations, including inventory management, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance
- Lead special projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive administrative support experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Proven experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
