Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate high-level meetings
- Compose and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facilities coordination
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements and expense reports
- Implement and maintain efficient filing/document management systems
- Support cross-departmental projects with data analysis and research capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
