Responsibilities

- Compose and edit confidential communications, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and lead administrative initiatives
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations, vendor relationships, and budget tracking
- Implement digital workflow improvements using Microsoft 365 suite
- Lead onboarding processes and maintain HR documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience supporting C-level executives in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven project management skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Discretion handling confidential information and sensitive matters
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Experience with expense reporting systems (Concur, Expensify)
