Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment (training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records in our digital tracking system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized workspaces
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train all new hires
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software navigation
- Valid government-issued photo ID (required for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to our North Gateway facility
