Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments with precision
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting processes
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) safely
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and order verification
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Valid driver’s license preferred for equipment operation training
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
