Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Pick and pack orders for shipment while maintaining quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after training) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system training
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task completion
- Reliable transportation to our Detroit facility
