Responsibilities
- Provide first-class technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product usability.
- Participate in daily training sessions and knowledge base updates.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and empathetic communication.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- No prior experience is required – we provide the training!
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (if remote).
