Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate and solve complex technical problems.
- Assist with the onboarding process of new customers and team members.
- Stay updated on product features and technical knowledge to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
