Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person assistance to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Assist customers with account setup, password resets, and software installations.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
- Perform routine system maintenance and hardware upgrades.
- Stay updated on new software releases and technical procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy with a working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote support duties.
