Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Assist customers with hardware, software, and network connectivity problems via phone and email.
- Customer Assistance: Provide clear, concise, and patient guidance to end-users to resolve technical inquiries efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all technical support interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- System Maintenance: Assist in the setup, configuration, and basic maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Onboarding Support: Support the IT team during the onboarding process of new employees, ensuring their devices and accounts are ready.
- Feedback Analysis: Communicate common user issues and feedback to the development team to help improve our products.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior technicians and customer success managers to ensure high satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
