Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to clients via phone/email
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues using remote tools
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex escalations
- Participate in daily team huddles and training sessions
- Maintain detailed knowledge base articles
- Adhere to SLA metrics and customer satisfaction standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 0-2 years of customer service or tech support experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with accuracy
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (training provided)
