Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues including OS, network connectivity, and cloud applications
- Document all interactions and resolutions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex escalations
- Conduct remote diagnostics and system configurations
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and training sessions
- Monitor ticket queues and maintain SLA compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Customer service experience or strong communication skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional on-site support)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification (preferred but not required)
