Responsibilities
- Provide remote and in-person technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including OS, networking, and security
- Document incidents and solutions using ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical escalations
- Assist in deploying and maintaining IT infrastructure
- Conduct user training on new systems and technologies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Familiarity with Windows/macOS operating systems
- Customer service experience with strong problem-solving skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
