Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding our products and services in a professional and timely manner.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to improve performance metrics.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and maintain client relationships.
- Ensure the sales floor and office environment are organized and welcoming for clients.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team structure.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
