Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including email and phone inquiries, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, book conference rooms, and prepare necessary agendas and documentation.
- Maintain office inventory and order supplies (paper, ink, snacks, etc.) to ensure a fully stocked environment.
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in data entry and filing tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.
- Support the HR department with basic onboarding paperwork and employee requests.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is a plus but not required).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
