- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems and peripherals
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate service logs
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex technical problems
- Assist with software deployments, updates, and system patches
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person support
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects and process improvements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent technical certification (A+, Network+ preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking concepts
