We are looking for a self-starter who can handle pressure and communicate complex technical solutions simply.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Configure and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices running Windows, macOS, and Android.
- Assist in the setup of new employee workstations and the decommissioning of old equipment.
- Maintain and update the IT inventory and manage software licenses within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Senior Systems Administrator to implement new network security protocols.
- Document all technical incidents and resolutions in our knowledge base to improve future support efficiency.
- Conduct basic IT training sessions for non-technical staff to ensure they utilize company tools effectively.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, and network connectivity.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues logically and calmly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends as required.
- Current Driver's License (for occasional on-site visits).
