Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems, system errors, and user access issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop computers and peripherals
- Document all troubleshooting steps and solutions in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex technical escalations
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection initiatives
- Conduct user training on new systems and software applications
- Participate in IT infrastructure upgrades and maintenance projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) preferred
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and networking fundamentals
