Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate service logs
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex issue resolution
- Assist with network security best practices implementation
- Conduct regular system audits and performance checks
- Train users on new technology deployments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with network fundamentals and cloud services
