Role Overview:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-availability applications. You will work closely with product managers and designers to transform complex requirements into elegant, efficient, and secure code.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software architectures for enterprise-level applications.
- Lead the technical design process, including code reviews, architecture decisions, and best practices implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Proven track record of working in Agile/Scrum environments.
