Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of workstations and peripherals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system efficiently.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex network and server issues.
- Conduct basic training sessions for new employees regarding IT policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized server room and office environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite is required.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical staff.
- High school diploma or GED required; entry-level candidates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
