Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal and external clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktop environments and mobile devices.
- Document all technical interactions, resolutions, and system changes in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot complex system anomalies and optimize workflow processes.
- Conduct regular system health checks and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure uptime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and network concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Current enrollment in an IT program or recent graduate is a plus.
