Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and enterprise applications
- Assist with network connectivity setup and basic security protocols
- Document IT incidents and maintain accurate service logs
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system resolutions
- Participate in rotational on-call support duties
Qualifications
