Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist employees with system setups, installations, and troubleshooting
- Document all IT incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Conduct regular equipment audits and maintenance checks
- Train users on new technologies and security protocols
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1-2 nights/month)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid driver's license (for occasional equipment transport)
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Experience with customer service or help desk roles (internships acceptable)
