Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows/macOS environments and cloud services

Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in a corporate environment
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and helpdesk software
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Experience with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to work flexible hours for system maintenance
