Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure components
- Document all support cases using ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data backup procedures
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and training materials
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with logical problem-solving approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site client visits
