Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist with network administration, system updates, and security protocols
- Manage inventory of IT assets and assist with procurement processes
- Create and maintain documentation for technical procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges
- Participate in IT projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (willing to train)
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
