- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Update customer records in our CRM system and maintain detailed documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest process improvements.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets and KPIs.
Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
