Responsibilities
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Manage incoming emails, chat messages, and phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Assist clients in resolving technical problems or service-related questions.
- Client Onboarding: Guide new customers through setup processes and account management.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to ensure service excellence and resolve escalated issues.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of product updates and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide full training.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
