Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, aiming for 100% satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately using our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus, but not required for this entry-level role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
