Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat to resolve technical inquiries and product questions.
- Evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to senior management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product features and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and share best practices with the support team.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and propose actionable strategies to the product team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- A positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a desire to learn.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
