Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on high-quality support.
- Assist new clients in navigating our platform and understanding our service offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM database.
- Identify customer pain points and provide innovative solutions to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM and navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- A reliable computer and high-speed internet connection are mandatory for remote options.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
