- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and improve processes.
- Identify upsell opportunities to help maximize client value.
Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
