Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and technical issues with patience and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback on user experience.
- Conduct weekly check-ins with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Document all client interactions and account updates in our CRM system.
- Assist in the development of training materials for new support team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce is preferred).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting methodologies.
