Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat with inquiries regarding our products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Document all interactions and customer feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to identify trends and improve overall service quality.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call volume and customer satisfaction scores.
- Upsell products and services to existing clients to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
