Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
- Manage high call volumes while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
