Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and product-related questions for new and existing clients.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify upsell opportunities and educate clients on product features to maximize their value.
- Participate in daily training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written English.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with navigating web-based platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
